These terms apply to the software systems, web portals and messaging tools provided by Tooty (کۆمپانیای توتي بۆ کڕین فروشتن و گەیاندن / سنورداری تایبەت), commercial register number 20230104175542, Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. By using our services you agree to them.

Our services

We provide business systems, web portals and tools that let businesses communicate with their customers, including on third-party messaging apps. Specific features, fees and service levels are set out in the agreement or plan you choose.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the actions of people you give access to.
• Information you give us must be accurate.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services to:

• send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or send spam;
• break the law, or the rules of the messaging platforms you connect — including the WhatsApp Business, Meta Platform and Telegram policies;
• send content that is fraudulent, abusive, hateful or that infringes other people's rights;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, to protect other customers and the platforms we connect to.

Third-party platforms

Messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram are provided by other companies. Their availability, rules and any charges they apply are outside our control, and they may change or restrict access at any time.

Your data

You own the data you put into our services. We handle it as described in our privacy policy. When your account ends you can ask us to export or delete it.

Fees

Paid services are charged as agreed in your plan or invoice. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension of the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our services available and secure, but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using our services at any time. We may end or suspend the service if these terms are broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
